Challenge
Mediabrands' workspaces no longer reflected their management policy and how it was evolving.
The working environment lacked appeal for the younger generation. This revitalisation had to be carried out on an occupied site, without disrupting the day-to-day running of the company.
Solution
Tétris has created a layout based on the principles of NWOW and Activity base, while implementing the Flex-Office. Each area offers different work ergonomics so that everyone can find a space dedicated to the tasks they need to accomplish.
We have also upgraded the living areas with an e-bar and a coffee corner to develop a sense of belonging to Mediabrands.
Tétris created a very dynamic look and feel, with colorful graffiti by a local artist.
