Challenge
The biggest challenge in this project was acoustics.
The fitness club is located on the first floor of an office building, so we had to ensure that the work of the club would not disturb other tenants or the reception area on the floor below.
Solution
We started by preparing an acoustic survey.
To ensure the comfort of both our client's users and other building users, we had to prepare the floor and the ceiling accordingly. We used a variety of solutions, from an additional layer of screed to acoustic island ceilings and various interior finishes.
The result is a very warm and welcoming space.
