In the heart of Lyon's dynamic Part-Dieu district, Tétris took on a major challenge: carrying out the fit-out works for APICIL's new headquarters in the prestigious To-Lyon tower, of which the company is co-owner. This project, covering 14,500 sq m over 12 floors, showcases Tétris' expertise in creating innovative professional environments.
APICIL, a key player in social protection, entrusted Tétris with the ambitious task of completing the fit-out works for its new headquarters within a 6-month timeframe. The company wanted to create a modern and attractive work environment, with a layout that would reflect APICIL's identity, promote flexibility and collaboration, while also preserving spaces for concentration.
The logistical challenge was considerable: Tétris had to deliver two floors every three weeks, adhering to a tight schedule. This constraint required precise coordination and flawless execution to minimize disruptions to APICIL's daily operations.
Solution

To meet these challenges, the team took charge of installing movable partitions, HVAC works (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), adaptation and complementary works for high and low voltage systems, floor adaptation, plumbing, and logistics. These works transformed the spaces into a modern and functional headquarters, promoting employee well-being.
The execution of the works faithfully followed the layout plans designed to reflect Apicil's identity while promoting employee well-being through new working methods, with a variety of configurations allowing for flexibility and collaboration.
Special emphasis was placed on the acoustics of all spaces. This attention to acoustic details aims to encourage informal exchanges while preserving quiet areas, thus strengthening team cohesion without compromising individual concentration.
The success of this fit-out project is based on Tétris' expert knowledge in managing complex construction sites and its ability to translate APICIL's vision into tangible reality.
