Colonies, one of the French coliving leader, offers flexible urban accommodation, combining the best of design, technology and friendliness for a new living experience. The living room, the kitchen, the laundry, the home cinema are common areas for all residents in a "flatsharing" spirit. However, each tenant has their own privacy: the individual accommodations have a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and sometimes a kitchenette.
In this context, Tétris carried out its first coliving project, by managing for Colonies the works of "Mustang", a house of character in Marcq-en-Baroeul: plumbing works, wall coverings and floors, electricity, interior joinery. The works were completed in three and a half months.
