Challenge

The challenge for Tétris was to create an office space for Karl Storz, a manufacturer of medical endoscopy equipment, that reflects the company's values and expertise while providing a welcoming and inspiring work environment.
The design needed to balance the technical nature of the business with a warm, family-oriented atmosphere, incorporating the company's branding and promoting employee well-being.
Solution

The project harmoniously integrates the company's medical focus with a Nordic-inspired aesthetic, creating a space that is both functional and nurturing. A luminous linear element guides visitors through the office, reflecting the exploratory nature of the company's products.
Organic curves and plant elements promote well-being and connect employees to their environment. The use of wood, various fabrics, and abundant natural light contributes to a minimalist yet warm ambiance. Attention to detail is evident in the generous proportions, carefully selected furniture, and high-quality carpentry, creating a sense of luxury.
The company's branding is subtly integrated into the overall design: various elements evoke the round shape of the Karl Storz logo. The signature blue is used sparingly, harmonized with neutral tones. Different work typologies promote collaboration while maintaining elegance and privacy.
This holistic approach transforms a potentially medical space into a welcoming environment that embodies Karl Storz's family values and commitment to employee well-being, while highlighting the company's expertise and brand identity.
