Challenge
The main challenge was to transform this dated space into a modern and welcoming environment, without having to relocate. Tétris was able to exploit the building's structural constraints to turn them into assets, playing with volumes and light to create open and dynamic spaces. The goal was to design a true hub of conviviality, a place where employees would feel comfortable collaborating, exchanging ideas, and relaxing.
Solution
In response to the client's expectations, Tétris focused on creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Warm materials, soothing colors, and ergonomic furniture were carefully selected to create an inviting ambiance. Flexible work spaces now coexist with comfortable relaxation areas, promoting spontaneous interactions and employee well-being.
The final result is a true metamorphosis: a modern and friendly work environment that respects the soul of the building while perfectly meeting the company's current needs.
This project demonstrates how intelligent design can transform a dated space into an inspiring and unifying workplace, proving that it's possible to create something new from the old.
