For its new headquarters in Luxembourg, a leading Swiss financial institution entrusted Tétris with the mission of transforming a 4,595 m² space into an exemplary workplace, combining heritage, innovation, and well-being.
The challenge: Aligning the workspace with institutional excellence
An in-depth behavioral study highlighted opportunities to evolve the work environment.
To support growth and new uses, it was essential to create more confidential spaces for calls and video conferences, optimize the floor space for teams, and modernize the client reception area.
The challenge was therefore to design a new layout that preserved existing strengths (ergonomics, natural light) while creating a perfect balance between privacy and collaboration.
The solution: A strategic plan inspired by Swiss design
Our strategic space planning approach was inspired by the Swiss philosophy, "Where there is order, there is well-being".
This corporate interior design was conceived to create brand-aligned interiors, reflecting its heritage through contemporary Swiss design.
The project unfolds an intuitive spatial hierarchy across five levels through an optimized functional zoning system. The design incorporates:
- Flexible workspaces and versatile meeting areas equipped with hybrid meeting solutions.
- Premium client spaces enhanced by iconic designer furniture, noble materials, and a memorable, sculptural reception desk.
- Optimized acoustics and biophilic elements to ensure employee well-being.
- Social areas, including dining and relaxation spaces, to foster a collaborative environment.
The result is a flagship workspace that synthesizes architectural tradition and contemporary functionality, creating a unique work environment in Luxembourg.
