Client story

Office with a gas station

Size

1400 sqm

Challenge

The client's primary concern was to create a warm, friendly and comfortable space for employees, which at the same time would promote integration and cooperation among them.

Circle K Polska's office in Warsaw is a building located close to a gas station, which meant that the work in the building, including the renovation of all installations, would require fire certification.

Solution

We proposed replacing the existing layout, filled with small offices, open space and numerous conference rooms. It was a big challenge, requiring the demolition of most of the structure. It allowed us to achieve a spacious interior with plenty of natural light.

In the interior design, the main consideration was the color division of the floors using Circle K Poland's corporate colors, namely yellow, orange and red. We proposed greenery not only in pots, but also decorated the walls and ceilings with it.

It's worth noting the lighting - in addition to standard office lighting, we also used retro incandescent and fluorescent LED bulbs with warm colors, which gives the rooms more cozy, homey atmosphere.

In the reception area, guests are greeted by a large company logo made of neon signs and placed on a moss wall.

Client testimonial

Circle K Polska's office on Pulawska Street in Warsaw is a building located near a gas station. Being aware that the work in the building, including the renovation of all installations, would require obtaining fire certifications, we were looking for an experienced partner. Such turned out to be Tétris, which is not only an efficient contractor, but also has a team of architects who prepared a project which was attractive, modern and tailored to our current needs.

Fit-out of the new JLL office in Warsaw has been carried out in the full Design+Build model.
\r\n

The office is located in the tower of Warsaw Spire building. The author of the interior design is Danuta Barańska, creative director of Tétris.
\r\n
Our task was to design and deliver a creative space that will positively stimulate users and will create value for the company. On each floor there are 15 to 20 rooms of various sizes. These include small rooms to work in concentration (ie. a library), creative spaces and rooms for internal meetings.
\r\n
The main theme of the office are Polish landscapes (forest, sea, beach), natural resources (coal, salt, amber), elements of folklore (Polish lace), as well as famous Poles. For example, we created a library called Copernicus and the room Maria Sklodowska Curie adorned with prints depicting the elements of laboratory equipment.
\r\n

The office received Poland's first BREEAM certificate for the fit –out if office space, with the mark “Very Good”.
\r\n
