Challenge
With a concept that links Capgemini's workspaces to the landscape elements that make up the Lac du Bourget region, Tetris imagined spaces turned towards nature.
With a view to enhancing the working experience of its employees, Capgemini entrusted Tétris with the design and implementation of this project, which fits in with the Group's layout charter, and takes into account the specific features linked to Capgemini's core business, a technology-oriented company with significant IT needs in particular.
Solution
In order to facilitate the appropriation of the future "flex office" spaces, change management workshops were held with employees.
The main aim of this exciting corporate project is to breathe new life into the company by making the premises more attractive, and to enhance the quality of working life for employees who are happy to come and work in the office, thus perpetuating team spirit.
