The historic 1899 Wolf Krongold building on Zlota Street in Warsaw, built in an eclectic style with a richly decorated facade, has been turned into 146 long-term rental apartments. The development belongs to a European developer focusing on large commercial and residential projects, AFI Europe Poland.
Tétris was entrusted with the preparation of about 7,000 sqm of residential space and about 1,600 sqm of common areas.
The scope of work included the translation of the architectural design into the detailed design stage, the construction of wooden floors, the supply and installation of porcelain tiles and stone floors in the common areas, and the finishing of balconies and terraces.

In carrying out fit-out projects in apartments for long-term rental, we benefit from our experience in the implementation of large hotel facilities. We are aware that it is important to select materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but above all durable.

            <p>Modernization of office buildings aimed at implementation of the latest facilities and solutions is an increasingly common market trend. The office real estate market is constantly subject to changes in trends - what is considered modern today, may lose its freshness in a few years. In order to keep a building attractive for tenants, their owners and managers regularly conduct reconstructions and modernizations responding to the current needs of users and local communities. Such transformation was carried out for Globis building. The biggest challenge of this project was logistics and running the project on a continuously operating facility.</p>\r\n

            <p>We managed the logistics thanks to our experience in conducting such projects, efficient teamwork of Tétris team with subcontractors and exemplary cooperation with representatives of the company managing the GTC building. During construction and finishing works in the office building there was a medical facility open all the time, which also accepts patients on Saturdays. Offices of other tenants were also open for employees. Working on the so-called "living organism" requires well-planned processes and conducting activities also at night. Each stage of the project was well thought-out and allowed to maintain constant operation of the building.</p>

            <p>Lipowy Office Park is a Warsaw office building complex, built in 2009. Tétris' analysis shows that on average after five years of using the building, the need to renovate the common parts arises - fashion changes, tenants' needs, new technologies enter.</p>\r\n
            <p>Pekao SA Bank had an interesting idea - to dress the reception desk in new clothes, without interfering with the original finish of this space. The new arrangement of the lobby was commissioned to Tétris, whose task was to design and remodel the interior in the Design &amp; Build model. Good coordination and speed were essential as the work was carried out on an office facility that was open daily. The renovation took four weeks, including weekends.</p>\r\n
            <p>The client's choice of design was based on the motif of rectangular, colourful blocks forming a three-dimensional chessboard. It is light, modern and dynamic, thanks to breaking white surfaces with red and graphite elements.</p>
