Challenge
HB Reavis, an international company specialising in the design, construction and management of workspaces that support wellbeing and productivity, has relocated to new premises in the Varso building in Warsaw. The 600 sq m space is located on the fourth floor, which means it has access to a terrace area.
The biggest challenge in this case was time.
Solution
In just 10 weeks, Tétris Poland carried out a comprehensive fit-out, transforming the space into a modern, comfortable and functional workplace for nearly 50 employees.
The office space includes conference and meeting rooms, open space with an enclosed ceiling, as well as a kitchen, relaxation areas and a terrace - all tailored to the needs of the employees. The development was constructed using materials that meet the requirements of the WELL certification sought by the tenant.
A great help for Tétris in the execution process, was the good knowledge of the Varso Place building.
