Executed under a fully integrated Design and Build model, the project combined workplace design, interior architecture, and complete fit‑out delivery under a single point of responsibility.
The new Rolls‑Royce plc headquarters occupies the entire sixth floor of the building, covering over 1,000 sq m. Starting from a shell‑and‑core condition, the Tétris architectural team developed a comprehensive workplace concept aligned with the client’s operational, functional, and brand requirements.
The headquarters accommodates more than 70 workstations distributed across four open‑plan zones, supporting collaboration while maintaining clarity and efficiency in daily operations. The programme also includes eight meeting rooms, a parent‑and‑child room, and a multifunctional kitchen designed for everyday use and informal interaction.

This is complemented by a ten‑metre‑long photographic wallpaper presenting a panoramic view of Kraków’s Main Square, anchoring the office within its local cultural context.
In the reception area, a model of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner highlights Rolls‑Royce’s engineering heritage and core expertise, creating an immediate and powerful first impression for employees and visitors alike.

The building’s concrete structural columns were transformed by wrapping them in a mesh of natural vegetation, introducing biophilic elements and softening the industrial character of the structure.
