A premium HQ in Unity Tower

The new Rolls Royce plc headquarters occupies the entire sixth floor of the building, covering over 1,000 sq m.

Starting from a shell and core condition, the Tétris architectural team developed a comprehensive workplace concept aligned with the client’s operational, functional, and brand requirements.

The full Design and Build delivery was completed within four months, demonstrating the efficiency and reliability of Tétris’ turnkey approach for complex corporate headquarters projects in Poland

A functional workplace ecosystem

The headquarters accommodates more than 70 workstations distributed across four open plan zones, supporting collaboration while maintaining clarity and efficiency in daily operations.

The programme also includes eight meeting rooms, a parent and child room, and a multifunctional kitchen designed for everyday use and informal interaction

Identity embedded in design

A central objective of the project was to create a premium workplace that reflects the global identity of Rolls Royce plc while responding to the local character of Kraków. Tétris developed a bespoke interior design that balances international brand standards with a strong sense of place.

The brand’s signature cobalt blue features prominently throughout the headquarters, reinforcing corporate identity across key areas. This is complemented by a ten metre long photographic wallpaper presenting a panoramic view of Kraków’s Main Square, anchoring the office within its local cultural context.

In the reception area, a model of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner highlights Rolls Royce’s engineering heritage and core expertise, creating an immediate and powerful first impression for employees and visitors alike.

Materiality and wellbeing

Beyond layout and branding, the Tétris design team introduced distinctive architectural elements to enhance the overall workplace experience. The building’s concrete structural columns were transformed by wrapping them in a mesh of natural vegetation, introducing biophilic elements and softening the industrial character of the structure.

Wooden slats incorporated into circulation areas add warmth and rhythm to the interior, contributing to a welcoming and refined environment. These architectural details support a balanced headquarters design that combines functionality, comfort, and premium aesthetics.

Design and Build excellence

The Rolls Royce plc headquarters in Kraków was delivered using a fully integrated Design and Build approach, with Tétris assuming complete responsibility for both design and construction.
From concept development and detailed design through to interior fit out and final handover, the project was managed by a single, coordinated team.

This ensured efficient decision making, seamless collaboration, and delivery in line with the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme certainty.

The completed headquarters provides a high performance working environment that supports business operations, reflects brand values, and demonstrates the effectiveness of Design and Build delivery for premium corporate offices in Kraków and across Poland.

Tétris successfully combined our corporate identity with a strong local touch and our presence in Kraków. It is a perfect meeting of global precision and local inspiration.
