EP Produzione's new headquarters embodies the collaborative office concept, where every element is designed to enhance both functionality and the daily wellbeing of its occupants. Tétris has designed and built these spaces, located on the second floor of a historic 15th-century palace with views over Piazza Barberini, to meet contemporary workplace needs through advanced, comfort-focused solutions. The workspace functions as a platform that fosters creative exchange, collaboration, and more fluid work organization. The design approach prioritizes the human experience, moving beyond a purely functional office concept to create environments that adapt to diverse working styles.
The layout seamlessly integrates open areas with dedicated concentration zones, striking a balance between collaborative spaces and private areas for focus and confidentiality. This design supports daily operations while nurturing a corporate culture that values wellbeing and work quality.
Open space, privacy and collaboration
The open space forms the office's central hub, featuring workstations designed to support dynamic work methods, spontaneous interactions, and colleague synergies, while providing flexibility in activity organization.
To ensure operational efficiency, various environment types have been thoughtfully integrated:
- collaborative areas for team work and creative sessions,
- meeting rooms for formal gatherings of different sizes, plus office&meet spaces for brief discussions,
- phone booths for calls or short conversations, ensuring privacy and quiet
The headquarters features advanced space booking technology and integrated video conferencing systems that deliver an intuitive user experience.
