Challenge
The IWG Group, a global leader in hybrid work solutions and flexible workspace, entrusted us with the redevelopment project of a prestigious historic office building located in Via del Tritone in the center of Rome.
Our goal was to refurbish the space to accommodate the new "The Signature by Regus," the Group's high-end brand that offers exclusive locations for companies with elevated service standards.
The building, constructed in the early 1900s, spans across 7 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. The renovation works, which lasted for seven months, covered a total area of 3,000 square meters and involved reorganizing the internal layout to improve office arrangements and create new service areas on each floor.
As part of the project, some systems were replaced with more efficient and cutting-edge technology while integrating them with the existing ones. We also preserved the high-quality finishes that give the building its distinctive character, combining them with modern and functional solutions to align with the project requirements.

The elegant design and furnishings, precious finishes and materials create a refined atmosphere that perfectly complements the historic architecture of the building.
The flexible spaces offer a professional, comfortable, lively, and dynamic environment with various options of spacious shared work areas that cater to different needs, such as networking for meaningful connections and idea exchange, as well as a wide range of private offices for focused work and meeting rooms for formal gatherings. The spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art digital technologies to continuously enhance the user's working experience.
Lastly, on the top floor, an outdoor terrace provides a tranquil refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city, where one can enjoy a refreshing break, have informal conversations, or even hold outdoor meetings on sunny days.
