Qualitest, a leading technology company, sought to create a flexible and hybrid office environment that would not only reflect their brand image but also showcase their capabilities to both employees and clients.
Tétris was briefed with the challenge of creating a workspace that would bring their brand to life throughout the space.
Solution

We designed, built and furnished the space, incorporating flexibility as a key area. The workspace features adaptable meeting spaces, individual work pods, and a centrally located open-plan kitchen area that promotes collaboration and employee well-being.
As one of the first JLL Flex spaces in the city, Tétris focused on creating an environment that not only met Qualitest's specific needs but also aligned with its brand vision. By utilising their expertise and innovation, we developed a workspace that seamlessly integrated with Qualitest's brand identity and aspirations. Infusing bright colours into the overall design to create an engaging atmosphere, which mirrored the innovative and dynamic nature of the company.
The result of Tétris's collaboration with Qualitest is a practical and multi-functional office space that truly embodies the brand. Through careful planning and design, Tétris was able to create a flexible and hybrid environment that combines functionality with the unique expression of Qualitest's brand. By successfully bringing the brand to life within the space, Tétris has created an environment that not only impresses employees and clients but also reflects Qualitest's position as a leader in the technology industry.

            <p>In conjunction with JLL, Bayer appointed Tétris to provide a Cat B Detail &amp; Build fit out of their new UK &amp; Ireland headquarters in Green Park, Reading. As an environmentally conscious business park, one of Bayer’s key requirements was to deliver a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated fit out.</p>\r\n
            <p>Spread over four floors, the project includes impressive client facing spaces throughout the ground floor, including a large and adaptable meeting suite, welcome area and exhibition space. The exhibition space showcases Bayer’s 150 year history and far reaching intentions for future products, concepts and research in healthcare for humans, animals and plant life. We also created a teaching laboratory for local schools to learn about the company’s vast accomplishments in science, along with a café and restaurant space for both staff and visitors. Each of the upper three floors consist of free-flowing open plan office spaces surrounding a central atrium. The spaces are across three zones which incorporate collaboration areas, meeting rooms, phone booths, social spaces and tea points. These add up to make Bayer’s new offices ideal for flexible working.<br />\r\n
             Adding life and colour throughout the building are graphic wall coverings that show Bayer’s contrasting, yet complementary, interests and expertise. Subtly incorporated within the various finishes and surfaces are representations of DNA and molecular patterns making this a lively constantly intriguing workspace.</p>
