Challenge
The client was no longer satisfied with the layout and work ergonomics in their office space, but did not want to move to a larger office space being located in the heart of the European district in Brussels.

Solution
The challenge was to do more with the existing space, increase the number of workstations while promoting flex desk and different work ergonomics. We created a "district" concept, reflecting the real estate sector in which EPRA is active. We determined different zones, such as the square, which is a place of exchange often located in the centre of a district, which here is in the centre of the office and has become the lunch space, the streets for example were translated by the circulation spaces, etc. The objective was to reflect the sector of activity of our client while making the space more dynamic, coherent and ergonomic.

Client testimonial
The dynamic between the teams is really different. This new space is really optimised and brings great added value in terms of collaboration, information flow and the well-being of our employees. We feel like we have 50% more m² than before...
Tétris really met our expectations. The project follow-up was really excellent, the budget was totally respected, no bad surprises. In short, we are delighted to have worked with Tétris on this project and we highly recommend them. A big thank you and congratulations to Roxanne, Bruno, Harold and Ignace!
