The client was no longer satisfied with the layout and work ergonomics in their office space, but did not want to move to a larger office space being located in the heart of the European district in Brussels.
The challenge was to do more with the existing space, increase the number of workstations while promoting flex desk and different work ergonomics. We created a "district" concept, reflecting the real estate sector in which Epra is active. We determined different zones, such as the square, which is a place of exchange often located in the centre of a district, which here is in the centre of the office and has become the lunch space, the streets for example were translated by the circulation spaces, etc. The objective was to reflect the sector of activity of our client while making the space more dynamic, coherent and ergonomic.
