Flagship salad bar revolutionising fast food
Project's presentation
Picadeli, a pioneer in France of smart and connected self-service salad bars, chose Tétris to help them create their first flagship in France (and the second in the world after Stockholm). The subsidiary of the Greenfood group, with more than 440 shop-in-shop outlets in France and more than 2,300 in Europe, decided to set up its first dedicated restaurant in the Westfield 4 Temps shopping centre in La Défense.
Tétris supports the brand, in Detail & Build mode, in the design and implementation of its project. Tétris' missions include bringing the concept developed by a Swedish design firm into line and finding equivalent materials to ensure consistency between the Paris and Stockholm flagships, but also the creation of the administrative warehouse and relations with the shopping centre before and during the works, the coordination and synthesis of technical and architectural studies, the costing and finally the execution of the works in general contracting mode.
