The objective was ambitious: to create a modern professional environment that fosters collaboration and employee well-being, while capturing the Mediterranean essence so dear to the company.
The project focused on the first floor of the CAP Joliette building, a 463 m² space, with 255 m² dedicated to workspaces. The specifications emphasized the openness of the spaces, conviviality, and elegance, with a subtle inspiration from the codes of hospitality.

Tétris designed a layout that is both fluid and functional, perfectly tailored to Kaufman & Broad's specific needs.
The space was optimized to accommodate 40 workstations with only 5% in closed individual offices, thus promoting interaction between teams. The ingenious layout includes 22 meeting spaces, offering appreciable flexibility in working styles.
Particular attention was paid to acoustics, with the installation of high-performance partitions ensuring optimal sound comfort. The heart of the project lies in a spacious relaxation area, designed like a welcoming hotel lobby, located at the entrance of the workspace. A spacious kitchen with a central island complements this area, encouraging moments of conviviality and reinforcing synergy between teams.
The result is spectacular: a work environment that is both modern and welcoming. The work included a complete renovation of the floors, the installation of new partitions, the laying of carefully chosen wall coverings, as well as the fitting out of the kitchen with its central island.
