Challenge

The Tetris team faced the challenging task of comprehensively developing 431 units with a total area of 15,000 m² in a prestigious location on Postępu Street in Warsaw.
The main challenge was the implementation of a project with a high degree of complexity - the flats with an average area of 35 m² were characterised by 80 different types of units with varying layouts.
The project also required the inclusion of special solutions for people with disabilities, which increased the complexity of the whole project.
All of this had to be completed in close collaboration with General Contractor Eiffage Polska for the LifeSpot brand, with the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
Solution

The Tetris team completed a comprehensive fit-out of all 431 units, including the installation of blinds and shutters and complete bathroom fittings.
Thanks to the team's professional approach and thoughtful strategy based on a two-colour flooring system, the project was completed on time, meeting the highest quality standards and expectations of all parties.
The success of the realisation is confirmed by the trust placed in Tetris by both the General Contractor Eiffage Polska Budownictwo and the LifeSpot brand.

            <p>Heimstaden, a leading European residential real estate company, gave us the task of quickly and efficiently finishing 329 flats at the new Myśliwska development in Kraków.</p>\r\n
            <p>The project required a comprehensive approach, encompassing a variety of square metres (33-65 m2) and the needs of future tenants. It was crucial to maintain high standards of quality, modern style and timeliness, while taking into account environmental aspects.</p>\r\n
            <p>A phased plan was developed to finish the flats from January to October 2024.</p>\r\n

            <p>The Tetris team handled the installation of personalised furniture, including bespoke wardrobes and kitchens. A neutral, bright colour scheme was used, allowing the interiors to be easily adapted to the individual preferences of future occupants.</p>\r\n
            <p>Eco-friendly practices were implemented, segregating 80% of construction waste for recycling. Tetris maintained constant communication with the developer, allowing for a flexible response to emerging needs.</p>\r\n

It was responsible for developing the project to distribute all CEA's services over 3 floors (500 m² each) located in Plaza de Catalunya 20, Barcelona. The development of these new offices formed part of the process of expansion currently being undertaken by the company.<br />\r\n
             The project team designed a brand image that represented its business philosophy as well as its main values and enabled the public at which it is directed to feel identified.<br />\r\n
             Management of the project was all-encompassing, from arranging licences, works management and administration to design. The challenge was to create a highly functional space, with open areas for a major flow of personnel, taking full advantage of natural light and using low maintenance materials. CEA wanted to highlight both the colours of the brand and the location of its centre in Barcelona, which is reflected in the vinyls and graphic elements that define each of the spaces.
