SNCF aims to offer more user-friendly workspaces and improve the quality of work-life for the Equipment IT Department teams in Lyon. This project has contributed to the group's CSR approach by optimizing office space and regouping these teams on the 15th floor of the Oxygen tower.
The Equipment IT Department is accustomed to working in partitioned workspaces, with assigned workstations for each employee. One of the challenge was to get the teams involved in the design of their future spaces, which led to a real commitment to this project that transforms work methods.
A reflection on new ways of working, types of spaces, atmospheres, and rules of life was conducted with a group of ambassadors through various workshops.
This work has created a collaborative work environment with more collaborative and user-friendly spaces.
