Hotel renovation works in an occupied site

Tétris was commissioned by Radisson Hotel Group, a world-renowned American hotel group managing a vast portfolio of establishments, for a major project: conducting the complete renovation works of the Radisson Blu, located in the Old Port of Marseille.

This colossal project encompassed the complete transformation of 189 rooms and the hotel lobby, covering a total area of 4,600 square meters.

The main challenge of this project lay in its logistical complexity. Indeed, Tétris had to successfully carry out this large-scale renovation in an occupied site, while adhering to a particularly tight schedule of 5 months for the accommodation section. This time constraint demanded precise coordination and optimal efficiency at every stage of the process.

The lobby, the true showcase of the hotel and the first point of contact with guests, received special attention. In this strategic space, the Tétris team deployed all its expertise in interior design. Every aspect of the renovation was meticulously studied, from coverings to lighting, including custom fittings and technical installations. Tétris's expertise was also demonstrated in the harmonious integration of furniture selected by the client, ensuring perfect coherence with all the work carried out.
