We are announcing the results of the WallPlay2026 competition!
During the jury deliberations of the first edition of the competition at the JLL and Tetris headquarters in Warsaw Spire, different perspectives, experiences, and sensibilities came together. Our jury reviewed projects by young creators from across Poland.
Each work was more than just a response to the competition brief. It was a personal interpretation of the world, an attempt to tell a story about relationships, emotions, diversity, the future of work and cities. The discussions were intense, at times full of tension, but always focused on one thing: how to select projects that truly have the power to transform space.
Ultimately, from among 55 submissions, three winners were selected, choosing works that stood out not only for their aesthetics, but above all for their awareness, courage, and potential for real impact.
The winners of this year’s edition are: Anastasiia Kovalova, Carla Habierska, and Maja Krauze
The selected concepts will be transferred onto the office walls, becoming part of the everyday experience of people who will work, meet, and create in this space. This is a breakthrough moment when a project stops being an image and starts to live, influence, and inspire.
In this process, young artists will not be left alone. The competition partner, Ideamo, will oversee the quality of execution and support the creators at every stage, from production technology to final details. This is an important element of the entire process: combining creativity with professional execution.
We thank all participants for their submissions, and we congratulate the winners.
At the same time, all authors of submitted works gain the opportunity to join the Young Designers Hub – a platform created by JLL and Tetris, which is not just a portfolio database, but a living ecosystem of talent.
This is where:
- projects can turn into real commissions,
- creators can be noticed by business partners,
- dialogue begins between young designers and the market.
It’s a space where the competition is not the end, but the beginning of a journey.
WallPlay 2026 has proven that when young creators are given real space, something more than just design happens.

JLL x Tétris Young Designers Hub
1 st Edition: WallPlay
A nationwide design competition for students and young visual artists, organized aspart of the newly created JLL x Tétris Young Designers Hub initiative — a platform designed to support and promote a new generation of designers working where design, interior architecture and functional spaces come together.
The first edition of the program, WallPlay, invites you to take part in a design game in which the field of creative activity are… walls – literally.
They become a medium for ideas, a dialogue with space and a response to the
needs of the people who use it. Each wall is a challenge — a game with form, light, material and meaning.
Your task is to give it a new meaning.
Meaning that matters. Meaning that works.
Competition Task
Your task is to design graphics for the wall in the JLL x Tetris office that clearly and inspiringly show who we are as a company, and what values are important to us.
The design should visually show that:
- We build bridges between people and places – we connect countries, cultures and teams into one organisation.
- Diversity is our strength – the JLL x Tetris collaboration shows that different perspectives create the best solutions.
- We design spaces for everyone – accessible, inclusive and friendly to people with different needs.
- We care about the environment – designing spaces in a responsible and sustainable way. Our projects connect – we create places that foster collaboration, relationships and a good atmosphere.
Design a graphic concept for an office wall that:
- is consistent with JLL’s values
- is clear and aesthetically pleasing
- creates a positive, inspiring atmosphere
- showcases the ideas of collaboration, diversity and responsibility
- is appropriate for an office space
The form of the design is open (e.g. illustration, collage, typography, graphic design, mural, painting), but it must be suitable for use as wall art.
The design must not contain:
- Offensive or vulgar content, references to violence
- Nudity or sexual content
- Content that is inconsistent with Tetris x JLL’s values
- Political, religious or discriminatory content and symbols
- Advertisements, logos of competing companies, legally protected trademarks
- Photographs or graphics without a licence for commercial use
What we will look for when evaluating entries:
- alignment with JLL x Tetris values
- creativity and originality of the idea
- clarity of the message
- aesthetics and professional character
- potential for real-world use in an office space
Remember that your graphics should:
- build pride in the workplace
- be culturally neutral
- promote good energy in the office
- be universal and understandable to different people
