Engie, a global player in low carbon energy and services, commissioned us to develop an innovative new format for the opening of their first retail space in Italy.
The client's need was to create a space to be closer to people where they could welcome their customers, let them enter their world and illustrate their services and products to establish a unique relationship with them and accompany them towards a more responsible lifestyle, attentive to consumption and to the planet.
The synergy that was created between Tétris and Engie, from the preliminary phase to the selection of furniture and equipment and the delivery of the fitted-out space, was crucial for the success of the entire project. For the design concept we were inspired by the themes of green and sustainability, transferring into the space the idea of nature as a primary source of energy and enhancing, through the interior design, the customer experience linked to the Engie brand and products.
All this translates into abundant use of biophilia, a luminous environment, furnishings and carpentry in natural materials that recall the textures of wood and stone, fresh and light custom architectural solutions, and the implementation of immersive digital technologies.
The space is divided into five different areas: a central welcome area, the customer care area, the sales & consulting area and the showcase & client experience area, the heart of the project where it is possible to experience Engie's 360° offer and host training events.
A photovoltaic system has been installed on the roof to power the store, making it totally autonomous in terms of energy and zero impact.
The end result of the project is a store, model of sustainability, that we developed in close collaboration with the client, putting their values and respect for the planet at the centre of everything.
