Client story

Product-inspired office design for Accell Group

Size

850 sqm

Duration

31 weeks

Accell Group embodies the joy of cycling, promoting sustainable mobility and inviting everyone to join the journey. Cycling represents discovery and exploring new experiences.

Our office design creates a continuous cycling path winding through four distinct landscapes mirroring a cyclist's adventure: The City houses the entrance, pantry, and social spaces as the urban starting point. The Forest contains meeting rooms surrounded by nature's tranquility. The Meadows features workstations in wide open fields. The Dunes showcases the boardroom in a scenic coastal setting.

A functional journey

The path serves as functional connection integrating reception, pantry, lockers, and collaboration areas. Each element reflects its landscape while maintaining cohesion. True to "A bike for everyone," the path displays Accell's complete range from mountain bikes to city cruisers in their natural contexts.

Cycling elements throughout

Cycling details appear everywhere: door handles repurpose quick-release mechanisms, bench supports feature handlebar stems, and walls display Accell's accessory collection. Furniture and lighting reflect cycling themes. Chair shapes reference aerodynamic design while light fixtures evoke wheels and handlebars.

Bringing product-inspired office design to life

The space embraces Accell's identity through strategic visuals that complement landscape themes and brand colors. Action imagery showcases bikes in their element, while a central wall displays fundamental values, reinforcing the company mission.

Beyond aesthetics

This design goes beyond looks. It demonstrates what Accell stands for: sustainability, accessibility, and the pure joy of movement. Materials are reused wherever possible. The design is timeless, built to last for years.
