Our Tetris team supported a major pharmaceutical company in the strategic transformation of its Zurich headquarters, consolidating its activities across three floors to create an innovative work environment based on different work modes. This mission involved developing an integrated professional ecosystem that harmonizes physical space, human resources, organizational culture, and cutting-edge technological solutions.
Our client's ambition was to design a stimulating and welcoming environment capable of sustainably motivating its employees while optimizing their collaboration capacity. This approach addresses contemporary challenges in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly the attraction and retention of specialized talent, improved team productivity, and adaptation to new collaborative work methods.
We orchestrated a fundamental transition from a traditional office configuration to an open, modular, and collaborative workspace. This transformation enabled the introduction of diverse professional spaces adapted to different pharmaceutical sector activities, offering employees the freedom to select the optimal environment according to their specific needs. This flexibility significantly improves organizational agility while maintaining the excellence standards required in the pharmaceutical industry.
Our design concept scrupulously respects the client's corporate guidelines, ensuring consistency in the provision of functional spaces throughout all offices. The aesthetic identity draws its inspiration from the local Swiss natural heritage, integrating materials evocative of this environment. Particular attention was paid to the selection of eco-responsible materials, favoring sustainable resources and low environmental impact finishes to reduce the project's carbon footprint. The chosen furniture combines ergonomic performance with environmental respect, contributing to user comfort while being part of a sustainable development approach. A personalized dimension enriches this concept through the integration of photographic creations made by our client's employees, showcasing their artistic talents and strengthening their ownership of the workspace.
From the initial design phase to on-site installation and key handover, Tetris ensured complete monitoring of this large-scale project.
