Project's presentation

Aedes – the national association of housing corporations – has daily contact with all layers of society. That stratification calls for a work environment that embraces these worlds. One that brings calm, yet lives. One that functions as a workplace, yet buzzes like a city.

The result is not a classic office, but an urban landscape: the city of Aedes.

Visitors are welcomed at a neighborhood square with informal seating areas and coffee corners. No corporate stiffness, but human scale where conversations arise organically.

From the square, streets lead you further into the organization – as connecting routes that encourage spontaneous contact. The material use and formal language are an abstraction of urban architecture: wall finishes in brick, porticos with benches, and a facade rhythm with glass and colored panels.

Along the streets are the houses of Aedes: smaller flex offices and meeting rooms with a distinct living room feel. Warm colors, upholstery and wooden accents create a sense of shelter where deeper conversations emerge. This color palette balances beautifully with the deep blue tone of Aedes' brand identity, which comes forward in lines and details.

From these houses you look out onto the parks – open work zones that facilitate calm and concentration. Carefully tuned acoustics, clear sightlines and natural light create spaces for focused work.

The result is a work environment that radiates positivity and trust – in people, movement and future. A place to work, meet and build tomorrow together.
