Nicasio Gutierrez to become Tétris Chief Executive Officer as Franck Eburderie is appointed Chairman

LONDON, October 15, 2021 – Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) today announced that Nicasio Gutierrez has become the CEO of Tétris, succeeding Franck Eburderie, who has been appointed Chairman of Tétris with immediate effect.

An industry expert and true international leader, Nicasio joined Tétris 15 years ago and has played a key role in the growth and success of JLL’s Design & Build services in various country and regional leadership roles. As the new Tétris CEO, Nicasio will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the Tétris brand and business across the region.

As Chairman of Tétris, Franck will continue to work closely with the leadership teams across the region, supporting Tetris’s interior Design & Build services and clients across the region. Franck founded Tétris in 2003 and has been instrumental to the growth and success of the business to date. As CEO for Tétris since 2003, Franck led the opening of Tétris offices in 18 countries, contributing to the market leading position of the business in the EMEA region.
