For Comexposium, a leader in organizing professional and public events (Paris Fair, Rétromobile, World Chocolate Fair, SIAL, SILMO...), the quality of work life for its employees is a top priority. With their lease ending in Puteaux, the company wanted to relocate its headquarters to a new, bright, and modern environment that would enhance service quality and foster a convivial atmosphere. They chose to move to Campus Highlight in Courbevoie along the Seine riverside, within a High-Rise Building (HRB), the Kaufman & Broad tower.
Comexposium entrusted Tétris with the challenge of creating new offices - dynamic, welcoming spaces that would showcase their brand image, promote interaction and engagement among employees (approximately 400 across 6 floors), while offering them a new work experience.
Tétris' parent company, JLL, was also commissioned as Project Manager (PMO) and as a partner in the change management process.
Two priorities were at the core of JLL and Tétris' missions throughout the project: facilitating team integration into their new spaces by revitalizing workplace protocols, and strengthening team cohesion by enhancing communication and collaboration.
Workshops with Comexposium ambassadors were organized by JLL and Tétris' change management team and Comexposium's Communications Department to involve representatives from each business unit in the co-design of spaces, enabling them to take ownership of the project.
From a programming and space-planning perspective, Tétris' Design Studio optimized circulation flows and diversified dynamic spaces through open work areas, collaborative spaces, and meeting zones such as floor pantries and the "Comex'pause," a break and dining area. Acoustics was a key concern, particularly in work areas. Tétris leveraged the expertise of an acoustic consultant to implement a variety of solutions, including innovative materials rigorously selected for their acoustic performance and in-depth treatment of walls and ceilings. Finally, our teams recommended the installation of acoustic chairs and pods to ensure a range of ergonomic and functional layouts.
The design concept was conceived to continually improve Comexposium employees' quality of life. It drew inspiration from the building itself, prioritizing the best spatial features: clarity and views. Our design teams selected bio-based materials compliant with the strict regulatory constraints of a High-Rise Building, such as upcycled fabrics. Biophilic elements were incorporated through stabilized and natural plants to create a warm atmosphere. Lastly, to reinforce the sense of corporate belonging, Comexposium's brand guidelines were integrated into the design, and brand identifiers as well as key values such as "Passion," "Emotion," and "Communities" were incorporated into the signage.
Tétris is very proud to have supported Comexposium in reimagining their spaces and creating an innovative, inspiring work environment that promotes well-being. Our bespoke approach focused on user experience, attention to detail, and ability to meet the technical and aesthetic challenges related to High-Rise Building regulations contributed to the success of this project.
