Merz Aesthetics, a global leader in aesthetic medicine, entrusted us with the design and construction of their new 750 m² office, with the goal of reflecting their strong corporate identity.
The challenge was to create a space that not only conveyed their vibrant brand image, characterized by intense and powerful colors, but also fostered their culture of innovation. We needed to ensure that every aspect of the design brought the brand to life while meeting all functional requirements.
Working closely with the Merz Aesthetics team, we developed a design that perfectly integrates their expectations and needs. Every detail was carefully planned, from material selection to the functionality of the spaces, to ensure that the environment fully reflected Merz Aesthetics' values.
The centerpiece of the office design is an agora with tiered seating at the entrance, serving as a versatile space for events and presentations. Additionally, we created an impressive reception area, designed to make a strong first impression and convey the essence of the brand from the very first moment.
To accommodate different work styles, we included an open-plan office space complemented by meeting rooms, phone booths, and collaboration zones. We also designed a dedicated area for the customer service team, ensuring they can provide the best possible service. The cantina, one of the key interaction points for employees, features a custom-built Connect Four game, adding a playful touch to the space.
Building on the success of the Merz Aesthetics office project, we were tasked with creating the innovative MAX Studio, a cutting-edge facility designed to be a cornerstone in the aesthetic medicine industry. This state-of-the-art space focuses on three key pillars: continuous medical education and training for industry professionals, production and broadcasting of high-quality audiovisual content for international dissemination, and the development and evaluation of innovative clinical cases. Every aspect of the studio, from its advanced audiovisual equipment to its versatile training areas, has been meticulously crafted to foster learning, collaboration, and groundbreaking advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Throughout the entire process, we maintained a hands-on approach, working side-by-side with the client to ensure that every element exceeded their expectations. The result is a dynamic, brand-focused office that perfectly balances functionality with Merz Aesthetics' bold identity.
