Challenge
One of the challenges was to carry out the work in a functioning building, which involved coordinating the hours of noisy works and working with installation companies chosen by the building manager.
The Varso building also imposed stringent requirements in terms of installation equipment and BREEAM standards.
Solution
Thanks to good cooperation between the project team and the investor, as well as the precisely designed detailed design, all stages of the investment were successfully implemented.
The office is characterised by an innovative approach to common spaces - instead of a traditional reception area, a space with comfortable sofas and hot desk stations was used. Employees and visitors also have a focus room, a telephone booth, a kitchen and a functional copy point.
Tetris Poland was responsible for the comprehensive delivery of work, including general construction, installations, furniture fittings, lighting and equipment supply.
