Tétris Design & Build realizes the interior for the Voco hotel and parking with a total of 15,000 sq.m., consisting of the layout of the building of 204 rooms including bathrooms, pubic areas including the lobby, the bar, the restaurant, and un upgrade on the parking. The project will be BREEAM certified. In addition to the high demands on the core construction for this certification, the architecture of the building also requires high-quality workmanship. Architecturally, the high atrium where the lobby will be located is an eye-catcher. The constructive connection in the new hotel between Kneuterdijk and Noordeinde also requires technical expertise. The project will be completed at the end of 2020 and Voco hotel will open its doors in Spring 2021.
