Challenge
JLL, a leader in real estate and renewable energy consulting in Poland, has completed a comprehensive modernization of their Warsaw headquarters in the prestigious Warsaw Spire complex.
The project - carried out by the Workplace Advisory, Project and Development Services, Tétris and Work Dynamics teams - is designed to respond to the changing needs of employees and the new challenges of today's work environment. The project was, in a sense, a first-hand test of all the services offered by JLL in this area.
At the same time, we had to ensure uninterrupted operation of the office by planning activities on each floor in detail.
Solution
JLL's new office was designed as a space that supports a variety of work styles - from individual to collaborative.
The interior design by JLL and Tétris combines modern design with functionality, using natural materials, warm colors and existing furnishings.
The office space has been reduced from 13,000 sqm to 6,000 sqm, and the solutions used respond to the diverse needs of employees, while fitting in with the principles of sustainability.

Client testimonial
The modernization of our headquarters in Warsaw Spire is not only a response to the changing needs of the organization, but also an expression of our approach to creating a work environment that supports employee development, collaboration and well-being. We wanted the new space to be flexible, functional and friendly, to inspire and provide a sense of belonging. We believe that the office is no longer just a place to perform duties, but also to build organizational culture and support the achievement of business goals. The end result combines modern design with the values that are the foundation of JLL.
